As a Digital Learning Designer, Senior Associate, you will own the full lifecycle of digital learning products from instructional analysis and storyboarding through hands-on eLearning development, publishing, and iteration.
Supporting Banking Operations, you will partner with business stakeholders to diagnose performance needs, recommend learning and non-learning interventions, and design and build digital learning solutions that drive measurable improvements in skill, behavior, and business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive eLearning and microlearning end-to-end, including branching scenarios, simulations, and video-based experiences.
- Apply instructional design and learning science principles (e.g., spacing, retrieval practice, scenario-based learning, reinforcement) to improve retention and on-the-job performance.
- Build learning directly in industry tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and media tools including Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia, with no handoff to a separate development team.
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, scripting, storyboarding, prototyping, and asset creation while maintaining quality, accuracy, and sound judgment.
- Rapidly produce and iterate microlearning to support emerging and changing business priorities.
- Apply modern visual design, UX, and digital-marketing sensibilities, informed by contemporary content consumption and social-media-inspired formats.
- Consult with business stakeholders and SMEs to clarify performance needs, recommend solutions, and translate complex information into clear, actionable learning experiences.
- Measure learning effectiveness using engagement data, feedback, and performance metrics; summarize insights and iterate solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with learning peers to identify efficiencies, reusable components, templates, design patterns, and innovation opportunities.
- Work in an agile, team-based environment, adapting to feedback and shifting priorities.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, brand alignment, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG 2.1 A-AA) across all learning products.
- Configure, tag, version, and publish content in the gamified learning platform; follow governance, RACI checkpoints, and metadata standards.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 3+ years of experience functioning as both an Instructional Designer and hands-on eLearning Developer in a single role.
- Proven experience building interactive eLearning using tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning science.
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools and demonstrated interest in applying AI to learning design and development workflows.
- Strong writing skills for scripts, scenarios, headlines, and microcopy.
- Experience producing quality video and graphic assets; working knowledge of composition, lighting, audio, and editing.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, learner-centered digital experiences.
- Experience reviewing engagement data and learner feedback to assess effectiveness and inform iteration.
- Knowledge of ADA and WCAG 2.1 A-AA accessibility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Learning Design or related discipline.
- Experience with additional technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SCORM/xAPI, gamification, Figma, or responsive design.
- Experience with AI-supported content creation (e.g., rapid prototyping, scenario generation, media enhancement).
- Experience working in large, matrixed, or regulated enterprise environments (financial services a plus).
- Experience with gamified performance platforms.
