As a Senior Growth Strategist, you’ll thrive by embracing ambiguity and turning it into opportunity. You’ll use each new problem as a chance to build something meaningful, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and prioritize action that moves projects forward. By creating thoughtful solutions, supporting great work across the team, and staying curious, you’ll make an impact that’s felt by users, clients, and your peers.

Intentionally remote and globally distributed across six continents, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.

What you will do:
  • Design lifecycle marketing strategies that connect business goals to meaningful user journeys.
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns (SEO, GEO, email, and social) that expand reach and deepen engagement.
  • Implement automation, segmentation, and data-driven workflows to scale personalization.
  • Mentor teammates by sharing best practices and fostering collaboration across disciplines.
  • Partner with clients to align marketing plans with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
What you will achieve:
  • Launch your first project from Day 1 by reimagining an onboarding journey for a product with millions of users.
  • Deliver independently run campaigns by your third month, fully integrated into Fueled’s creative processes.
  • Optimize campaign efficiency and personalization to improve ROI and engagement within six months.
  • Influence client outcomes by shaping strategies that increase retention and loyalty at scale.
  • Demonstrate measurable business impact within 12 months through campaigns tied directly to client KPIs.
About you:
  • You’re a builder by nature, able to turn ambiguity into structured, actionable strategies.
  • You’re passionate about lifecycle marketing that connects people to products in meaningful ways.
  • You are well-versed in SEO, GEO, and analytics platforms like Braze, MoEngage, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • You’re curious about emerging tools and approaches that elevate personalization and campaign results.
  • You collaborate seamlessly within a globally distributed team and with world-class brands.
