Great design is central to how we tell our story, and in this role you'll shape impactful experiences across web, mobile, social, and marketing channels. Working in close collaboration with the Creative Director, you'll guide digital design execution, uphold brand consistency, and design scalable processes that elevate our campaigns and customer storytelling.
This role collaborates directly with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure design consistently drives engagement and business outcomes. As a manager, you'll balance hands-on design and building design systems that enable the team to deliver high-quality creative work at speed.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate creative and business strategies into compelling digital assets and user experiences.
- Oversee the design and production of website, landing pages, display ads, email templates, social media campaigns, and interactive experiences.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Develop, manage and scale digital design systems in Figma and ensure consistent application of brand standards.
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales leaders to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies.
- Apply UX best practices to ensure all designs are user-friendly and conversion-driven.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with creative excellence.
- Identify opportunities to innovate, including the use of animation, motion graphics, and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
- A different combination may be considered: master's degree + 4 years' experience; Ph.D. + 1 year of experience; or 10 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency in Figma and using scalable design systems.
- B2B experience required.
- Portfolio showcasing work across display ads, email campaigns, landing pages, campaign assets, and web templates with examples of leading or guiding others.
- Knowledge of UX best practices to ensure designs are user-friendly and conversion-driven.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Strong eye for design with proven experience leading the creation of digital marketing assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS/Cloud brands.
- Experience managing or mentoring design talent, either directly or through cross-functional leadership.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
- Skills in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or similar).
- Familiarity with Lottie files or other animation tools.
