Description

At Digital Reach Agency (DRA), we build exceptional digital experiences for B2B tech brands with big ideas and even bigger goals. We’re a tight-knit, highly collaborative team of strategists, designers, developers, and marketers who don’t just do the work—we own it.

We’re looking for a digital designer who’s not just here to make things look good—but to make them work. You’ll collaborate closely with our Digital Experience team to turn strategy into scroll-stopping design that actually moves the needle for our clients. From custom websites to email campaigns, digital ads, videos, and everything in between—you’ll help bring brands to life online in ways that are thoughtful, effective, and always on point.

What You'll Do
  • Design digital experiences that are not just eye-catching, but conversion-driving—from websites and ads to emails, brochures, and more
  • Bring ideas to life with video and animation by creating storyboards and collaborating with animators and editors
  • Push client brands forward while respecting their existing guidelines—you're here to elevate, not just replicate
  • Understand the client’s industry, audience, and competitors so your design decisions are smart, strategic, and intentional
  • Collaborate with copywriters, developers, project managers, and account managers to bring cohesive campaigns to life
  • Work from creative briefs with minimal oversight—delivering thoughtful work that rarely needs a round two
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and teammates with ease (and a great attitude)
  • Juggle multiple projects at once and still hit your deadlines like a pro
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with the DRA team using Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana
Requirements
  • You have 5+ years of digital design experience—and at least 3 of those years were in an agency setting
  • You're fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • You’ve designed everything from ads to websites to email templates, and you know what works and why
  • You understand the basics of UI/UX and can design with the user in mind—not just aesthetics
  • You’re fast, self-sufficient, and don’t need hand-holding to do high-quality work
  • You can turn loose ideas into polished, strategic visuals that help clients stand out
  • You’re great with feedback, even better with collaboration, and happiest when the work is both smart and beautiful
  • You’re based in the U.S.
Bonus Points
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS and tech clients
  • Strong understanding of brand or creative strategy
  • Experience collaborating with paid media or CRO teams
  • Unbounce or Instapage experience
  • HTML/CSS chops
  • Video or animation skills
  • Copywriting ability
  • Familiar with Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace
If You’re Thinking:

“I can turn a rough brief into a fully-baked, strategic design”
“I’m not just a designer—I’m a creative partner”
“I know how to move fast, collaborate well, and still raise the bar”

Apply. Let’s make some killer work together.

Benefits
  • Part-Time (20 hours per week at 4 consecutive hours per day M-F)
  • Salary: $50,000-$65,000
