Digital marketing has become vitally important to businesses, and providing highly engaging, quality content to users is critical to stay relevant and competitive in the online education space. The Digital Content Strategy Specialist will make their impact by providing strategic storytelling through content while advancing Risepoint’s digital footprint and performance. This position will provide vital support in guiding content marketing strategies that align with organizational, departmental, team, and individual goals.

As a member of Risepoint’s UX/UI Team, this role will work directly with the Digital & Content Strategy Manager, collaborate with UX designers, content administrators, SEO analysts, product marketing managers, among other cross-organizational stakeholders throughout the company.

The Digital Content Strategy Specialist is someone who can easily create quality marketing content while also being able to identify digital assets that present opportunities for optimization. This individual is a self-starter, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver who enjoys a challenge but knows when to speak up and ask questions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategies that support overall Risepoint business goals and user experience best practices across all digital assets.
  • Support digital content strategy efforts pertaining to website migrations, launches, and ad hoc optimization requests.
  • Cross team collaboration (UX Design, SEO, PMM, CAT, Content, MPM, etc.)
  • Ensure that content strategy recommendations and UX best practices are adhered to when launching new partner websites, landing pages, or assets by providing content strategy recommendations and assist in project execution of website migrations.
  • Work closely with the Content Administration Team to create optimized website templates that align with the testing/optimization learns to improve the user experience and content engagement
  • Work with the copywriting and content administration teams to ensure templates and content strategy are being adhered to when launching new partners/programs
  • Support content strategy efforts for supplemental projects (flesh out some more)

Education – Experience

  • Knowledge of UX/CRO best practices and standards
  • Comfort in working with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ digital marketing experience with e-commerce or transactional sites
  • Demonstrated success in improving UX, engagement, lead generation, and conversion
  • Bachelors in English, Communications, Marketing or similar

  • Ability to balance working on different projects while adhering to various deadlines 
  • Possesses strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities
  • Proficiency using digital content management tools and platforms CMS and CRM systems (i.e., Wordpress, Drupal, etc.).

Contract Details:

  • This role is a contract position estimated to last 12 months. You will be paid by Risepoint and given access to Risepoint benefits.
