What the Marketing Department does at Worldwide  

The Marketing Department is a group of highly dedicated individuals working as one to bring the best-in-class customer service to our clients. This department is committed to growing and building business longevity for all our internal and external customers. 

What you will do

  • Take ownership of our social and short-form content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

  • Manage digital storytelling by creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across channels.

  • Proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency in brand voice and tone.

  • Write, edit, and adapt content for various platforms, including social posts, newsletters, videos, blogs, and sales tools.

  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver marketing assets.

  • Track and analyze the performance of digital and social content, recommending improvements.

  • Support the development of sales enablement materials that showcase our value.

  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to align execution with broader strategy.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will bring to the role

  • A detail-oriented approach and passion for creating and shaping content.

  • Ability to maintain a consistent, polished brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

  • Strong proofreading skills and commitment to accuracy.

  • Collaborative mindset for partnering with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects and adapt content for different audiences.

Your experience

  • BA or BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital content, social media, or content marketing.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

  • Proven expertise in managing LinkedIn as a professional content channel.

  • Experience producing digital sales tools (infographics, guides, one-pagers) is preferred.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, proofed assets quickly.

  • Track record of supporting sales and marketing teams with clear, compelling materials.
