As the Digital Content Creator for Business Area North America (BA NA), you will help communicate our strategic and diversity and inclusion initiatives, excellence areas, success stories and Employer of Choice activities through digital platforms and mediums. This role is based in Charlotte, NC, and reports to the head of BA NA Communications.

All about the role:

You will partner with your Corporate Communications teammates and various colleagues from across the company to develop a variety of video and photo content. You will be part of the BA NA Corporate Communications team where you will contribute significantly to support, develop, and implement our strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Ideate, plan and produce high-quality and relevant video and still content for various social media, internal and external communications platforms.
  • Brainstorm organic content for key channels and develop monthly content plans in partnership with Corporate Communications.
  • Use videos and photos to emphasize the importance of our strategy, operations, products, people, key focus areas and our commitment to being an Employer of Choice. 
  • Support BA NA leadership videos and key events, such as Capital Markets Day, earnings, and Board meetings.
  • Support Group-led campaigns with video and photography content as needed, examples include As You Are Week, Global Safety Day, Quality Day, International Women’s Day, and more.
  • Edit all photo and video assets for final delivery.
  • Measure and monitor results of key projects with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant digital media experience required
  • Strong use of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign, Media Encoder; Final Cut Pro, Motion, and Compressor

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Travel, as needed, to the various factories and locations across the U.S.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone.  The employee frequently is required to drive, walk and sit.  The employee is occasionally required to stand.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
