As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for managing a team of AI consultants, data scientists, developers, and designers, and developing and implementing Contact Center AI & Conversational AI strategies.

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
