Role Overview: 
As the Digital Campaign Specialist, you'll own end-to-end campaign execution for First Connect's Agency Marketing Operations team, building every asset from drip automation workflows, forms, and landing pages to email programs across acquisition, remarketing, incentive, and product marketing campaigns. You'll work with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Graphic Designers to bring campaigns from brief through build, launch, and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own end-to-end campaign builds: drip automation, forms, landing pages, and email assets across all campaign types 
  • Build and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage unconverted leads 
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns for incentive programs, product marketing, and brand campaigns. 
  • Build emails in HubSpot's email builder, coding templates, optimizing subject lines and preview text, and ensuring renders correctly across devices and clients. 
  • Build and maintain landing pages in HubSpot Content Hub using the Sprocket theme and HTML/CSS 
  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages, and turn results into clear recommendations. 
  • Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and prepare regular reporting. 
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure campaigns reflect current carrier offerings, promotions, and platform capabilities. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.  
  • 3+ years of experience building and managing campaigns assets (forms, landing pages, emails) 
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience required — Marketing Hub, Workflows, and email campaigns at minimum 
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS for email and landing page builds 
  • Experience building landing pages in HubSpot Content Hub or similar CMS 
  • Experience running A/B testing programs with documented results 
  • Data-driven: comfortable reading campaign analytics and adjusting strategy based on performance 
  • Strong project-management instincts, with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines 
  • Excellent written communication skills for briefing creative and reporting on results 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience marketing to insurance agents, financial services professionals, or another regulated industry 
  • Experience building landing pages in HubSpot Content Hub or similar CMS 
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or marketplace/platform businesses 
  • Experience in high-volume lead acquisition environments 
  • Exposure to incentive or loyalty program marketing 
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub certification

Compensation: 
The base pay range for this role is $75,000 – $85,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs, and market demands.
