We are looking for a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to build world-class cloud infrastructure, solve complex challenges for top-tier clients, and help scale our internal systems. As part of a fast-paced, AI-driven DevOps team, you'll have a critical impact on driving innovation and delivering pivotal solutions across large-scale environments that drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and build cloud infrastructure from the ground up, enabling high-scale, cloud-native environments that are secure, efficient, and resilient.
  • Take full ownership of E2E DevOps solutions, from planning and design to deployment, delivering with speed, precision, and accountability.
  • Develop a globally distributed infrastructure across multiple regions to ensure maximum uptime, scalability, and business continuity.
  • Build and manage efficient CI/CD pipelines and comprehensive observability systems using tools like GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and others to ensure fast, reliable, and transparent delivery.
  • Lead and support critical cloud migration initiatives and ongoing performance tuning.
  • Continuously research and apply new technologies to raise the technical standard of our solutions and delivery.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and intelligent workflows to automate processes, reduce complexity, and boost productivity.
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions that are reliable, high-performing, customer-centric, and strategically aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to production incidents and critical alerts outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work in shifts that cover off-hours and weekend operations, ensuring continuous system reliability and service availability for our global customer base.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in fast-paced startup environments.
  • 2+ years of recent experience working with AWS in production.
  • Availability and readiness for 24/7 on-call duties and shift-based scheduling, including off-hours and weekends, with a calm, focused approach to handling production incidents under pressure.
  • Proven experience in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), and observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Strong abilities in infrastructure debugging, performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of working with AWS cloud API, GO, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Vast experience with IaC such as Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
  • Experience working with AI-enhanced DevOps tools: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
  • A strong ownership mindset, you make things happen, move fast, and follow through.
  • Extreme reliability and accountability, both independently and within a team.
  • High attention to detail, structured, and well-organized in execution.
  • Fast learner with high self-learning ability and motivation to grow.
  • Strong communication skills in English; can clearly explain technical topics.
  • Comfortable context-switching and multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
  • Deep passion for DevOps, modern cloud infrastructure, and solving complex technical challenges.
