  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with internal sourcing and engineering teams to evaluate JDM/ODM capabilities and contribute to vendor selection discussions.
  • Lifecycle Management: Support both net-new product introductions and the refinement of existing devices, ensuring product evolution aligns with customer and market demands.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Ensure product decisions are grounded in market insights, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking to deliver best-in-class meeting room experiences.
  • Support P&L Discussions: Collaborate with finance and product leadership on cost modeling, business case development, and market positioning, contributing to the product’s financial success.
  • Global Stakeholder Management: Align cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, marketing, and sales to ensure consistent product messaging, delivery, and lifecycle support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years in product management, preferably in hardware/software device ecosystems (video collaboration, unified communications, or related fields).
  • Strong experience in defining technical product requirements for hardware and software devices.
  • Familiarity with certification processes for platforms like Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Google Meet.
  • AI, machine learning, edge computing, and sensor technology knowledge relevant to video/audio devices.
  • Proven track record of working with JDM/ODM partners and global engineering teams.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse global stakeholders.
  • Experience with video, audio, or IoT hardware products in the enterprise collaboration space.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, Dante) and device management protocols.
  • Familiarity with telemetry, device diagnostics, and remote monitoring capabilities.
