NVIDIA Developer Tools team is looking for a DevOps engineer to improve productivity and efficiency of engineering operations. The position will be part of a fast-paced crew that supports desktop and mobile Developer Tools products over a multitude of platforms, including Linux, Windows, Cloud Computing, Android, and other embedded, real-time OSs (RTOS). What you’ll be doing:
Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for multiple Developer Tools products – enabling fast, reliable builds and automated testing across platforms and architectures.
Streamline the product delivery operations within the Developer Tools organization by tracking, measuring, and regularly reporting critical metrics and regression testing.
Ensure rapid engineering operations and product delivery by collaborating with engineering and global infrastructure teams to establish and continuously improve product quality baselines.
Document runbooks, standards, and guidelines to help teams adopt modern DevOps patterns.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s Degree in Systems/Software/Computer Engineering, CS or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of direct experience working in large-scale software development setting as a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Build/Release Engineer.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
Strong hands-on Python and Perl skills, and proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting.
Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, storage, and security.
Experience with continuous integration systems (Jenkins, GitLab, Gerrit).
Familiarity with Git and Perforce source control systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across multiple engineering teams to achieve consensus.
Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with evolving priorities and direction.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Track record running shared CI/CD platforms for many teams.
Experience supporting developer tools or SDKs or other sophisticated C/C++ software stacks.
Hands-on background with GPU/HPC, or AI/ML workloads and understanding how CI/CD and infrastructure needs differ for these domains.
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 3, and 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD for Level 4.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
