The Role

We’re looking for a Developer Relations  to build and nurture our developer ecosystem, drive engagement, and advocate for Allora’s technology. You’ll act as a bridge between our engineering team and the broader developer community, ensuring that developers can effectively build, deploy, and integrate with Allora’s AI-powered, decentralized systems.

Responsibilities

  • Developer Advocacy: Promote Allora’s technology by creating content, speaking at events, and engaging with developers across various platforms.
  • Community Building: Foster a vibrant developer community through Discord, Twitter, forums, and other online/offline channels.
  • Technical Content Creation: Write blogs, tutorials, documentation, and create video content to educate and onboard developers.
  • Engagement & Evangelism: Represent Allora at conferences, hackathons, and meetups, driving awareness and adoption.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the developer community within Allora, providing insights to improve our SDKs, APIs, and developer tools.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with ecosystem partners, open-source communities, and other Web3/AI projects to drive integrations and adoption.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background (experience with AI, blockchain, or both is a plus).
  • Previous experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or community management.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, smart contracts, or Web3 technologies.
  • Passion for open-source software and fostering developer ecosystems.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and create engaging educational content.

Bonus Points

  • Experience organizing hackathons or developer events.
  • Existing presence in AI, crypto, or open-source communities.
  • Contributions to open-source projects related to AI or blockchain.
