Overview:
- This position will lead design projects from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with copywriters, producers, project managers and the accounts team. They will also interact with our internal stakeholders on the design and development of marketing programs and initiatives, as well as the larger, overarching brand projects. We’re passionate about helping people unlock their next chapter, and we want someone that will help us define what that looks like for the future of Company.
- This position works closely with the Associate Creative Directors, Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Producers to imagine and produce engaging, original and on-brand solutions for our interactive media, collateral, advertising, social campaigns and unique digital experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and craft beautiful brand and campaign experiences that pushes company into the future
- In collaboration with team members and partners, lead the thinking and creation of exciting new design ideas that communicate initial concepts and follow through to delivering flawless executions
- Lead projects with more junior designers, as well as partner with illustrators, motion designers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on briefs
- Active participation and lead by example in design critiques and brainstorms
- Adept in researching new and groundbreaking inspiration for concepts across both digital and physical communication pieces
- Mentor more junior designers, giving effective feedback, helping to guide them through projects and elevate their work
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple workstreams within a larger project, managing their own time efficiently and productively
- Take complex concepts and large amounts of data and bring them to life simply and beautifully.
- Required years of design experience at a top design studio, branding agency, advertising agency, or with a consumer brand
- Passion and ability for branding and visual identity systems — understanding how to build a brand, as well as experience in digital and/or consumer experiences
- A fast learner that enjoys working in a dynamic environment, ready to take on exciting new challenges
- Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization — from individual contributors to senior staff members
- Must be a self-motivated and positive person that collaborates well with others, and enjoys being accountable to their work and the larger team
- A great attitude and sense of humour goes a long way
- Demonstrated experience and passion for real estate is a plus
- Exceptional ability in graphic design, preferably with experience in digital and/or consumer experiences
- Highly proficient in design tools and programs that allow you to bring your vision and ideas to life
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Communication Design.
