Employment Type: Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours)
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and creative Web Designer & Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the artistic and technical sides of web design, someone who can create visually stunning, user-friendly websites while ensuring the back-end structure is solid, responsive, and efficient. You’ll be working primarily within Webflow, so deep experience with this platform is essential.
This is a hands-on role that will allow you to take ownership of our digital presence, help enhance our online user experience, and bring design ideas to life. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of creative projects beyond web development, including slide decks, marketing materials, and UI design for our applications.

Requirements
Experience required:
- You'll need to have deep understanding on how to use Figma
- Extensive experience using webflow and build complex websites
- Other design work is a plus, slide decks, marketing collateral etc
- Use Figma to help build out UIs for our applications as well
