Infisical is the open source security infrastructure platform that engineers use for secrets management, certificates, and privileged access management. We help developers and organizations securely manage billions of secrets every month including application configuration, database credentials, certificates, and more.

We’ve raised $19M from Y Combinator, Google, and Elad Gil, and our customers include Hugging Face, OpenRouter, LG, and NVIDIA.

Join us on a mission to make security easier for all developers — starting with secrets management. We’re looking to hire exceptional talent to join us in building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era.

About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional Design Engineer (Site) to own https://infisical.com and show the world what we're about.

In this role, you'll work with engineering, design, and marketing to be the go-to person for everything having to do with building and maintaining the design and infrastructure of the landing page; we want this surface to be iconic and performant to drive organic traffic and user adoption.

This role is for someone who has a frontend-leaning full stack engineering background, who obsesses over crafting pixel-perfect experiences, cares about building sound underlying infrastructure, and is motivated to help build out our growth engine.

You'll work closely with our co-founder, engineering, design, and marketing to:

  • Design and ship pixel-perfect, reusable components and complex designs.

  • Build and maintain core website pages (home, product, blogs, learning/resource hub etc.), microsites, frontend architecture, code quality, CMS integration and experience.

  • Implement SEO best practices, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels.

  • Integrate analytics, attribution, and marketing tooling - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, etc.

Requirements

  • Deep mastery of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks like React/Next.js.

  • Experience building high-quality frontend systems and components with strong attention to performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

  • Experience with web design and design systems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

  • Bias toward action: able to make decisions, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks.

  • Based in the Americas (SF preferred) or able to work EST hours.

Nice to have

  • Technical SEO fundamentals.

  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Sanity, etc.).

  • Experience configuring website analytics/marketing platform integrations such as with Google Analytics and HubSpot.

  • Experience with developer-facing products or startups.

Team, values & benefits

Our team brings experience from companies like Databricks, AWS, Red Hat, and more. We operate primarily as a remote team, but maintain a strong presence in San Francisco, where we have an office. We also get together in person throughout the year for off-sites, conferences, and team gatherings.

At Infisical, we offer competitive compensation, including both salary and equity options. Additional benefits, such as a lunch stipend and a work setup budget, are available with more details to be found on our careers page.
