The Design & Web Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling, on-brand digital assets and maintaining the organization’s website(s) through a content management system (CMS). This role combines graphic design, web design, and basic front-end development to support marketing, internal communications, and client-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, technical web skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the corporate website, including page layouts, UI/UX updates, content formatting, and ongoing optimization for usability, accessibility, and conversion.
  • Develop on-brand graphics and visual assets for web, campaigns, sales, social media, and events.
  • Create visual standards and templates, PowerPoints, datasheets, solution briefs, and iconograph to ensure consistent brand identity across all teams.
  • Collaborate with campaign, content, and product teams to translate technical offerings into clear, attractive visual designs and web experiences.
  • Manage website content updates and publishing workflows within the CMS (content management system), ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely execution.
  • Enforce brand guidelines across all digital and visual touchpoints; identify and correct inconsistencies.
  • Maintain a centralized library of design assets, templates, and documentation.
  • Review and approve design requests to ensure alignment with brand and quality standards.
  • Document processes, standards, and workflows related to web and design operations.
  • Support landing page creation and A/B testing for campaigns and lead generation.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience inn graphic design and web content management.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with other teams across NRI.
  • Experience working with Microsoft platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint).
