Seekr Technologies Deployment Strategist Role

Deployment Strategist focus on leveraging data for practical, real-world impact. Customers approach Seekr with an instinct that optimizing their data is key to identifying lost revenue, protecting troops, producing high-quality goods, or crafting effective healthcare policies. Deployment Strategists transform that instinct into tangible results.

What We Do

As a Deployment Strategist, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of Engineers, Product Designers, and fellow Strategists to tackle the world's most pressing challenges through software deployment. Your goal is to distill complex ideas into a clear understanding of the critical problem, interpret the data, identify product requirements, understand user motivations, and pinpoint potential impact use cases.

Working alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers, you’ll deploy AI systems in production, applying large language models, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows to unlock real business value.  With SeekrFlow, our platform for trustworthy, document-grounded, agentic AI, you’ll transform how organizations leverage their data — building solutions that are explainable, scalable, and production-ready.

You can expect to

  • Visit customers on-site to understand their key questions and identify their most pressing challenges.
  • Operationalize AI PoCs by transforming demos and prototypes into robust, production-grade AI systems.
  • Pinpoint relevant datasets by deeply exploring customer problems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a robust, scalable pipeline.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and delivers measurable operational impact.
  • Present outcomes and future proposals to diverse audiences, from analysts to C-suite executives.
  • Work closely with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to integrate field insights into Seekr’s broader product offering.
  • Create and deliver demos for both new and existing customers.
  • Explore potential opportunities in new industries and global locations.

What We Value

  • Team members who dig beyond superficial answers to uncover deep data insights.
  • Humility; prioritizing outcomes over personal credit.
  • Exceptional at tackling ambiguous problems in unstructured settings.
  • Flexible and reflective, ready to learn, mentor, lead, or follow as needed.

What We Require

  • Willingness to travel 25–75%, depending on location and team.
  • Proficiency in programming, scripting, or statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, SQL).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes.

Salary

The base salary range for this full-time position is ~$200,000-$220,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.  All salary ranges are determined by role, level, experience, and location.
