This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the US, with a preference for those located near major airport hubs to support approximately 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet.

  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and customer teams to define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient deployment.

  • Communicate clear action plans and progress reports to customer and internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

  • Collaborate with external customers to understand their specific requirements, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions that meet their operational needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout conducting internal lessons learned and documenting proposed process changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or other related fields.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management.

  • Experience leading deployments of robotics and automation in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors.

  • Deep understanding of robotic systems, hardware/software integration, and deployment methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and repeatable processes.

  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships built on trust and reliability.

  • Skilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation.

  • Willingness to travel (50%) for customer visits and onsite deployments.

  • Highly motivated, thriving in fast-paced and collaborative environments.

  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field.

  • Experience working with early technology in a startup environment.

  • Successfully introduced multiple robotic systems into pathways through production.

  • Experience with systems integration and architecture.

  • Prior experience in managing concurrent pilot programs.

  • Innovative problem-solving skills, with experience in streamlining deployment processes.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the noted geographic area. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
