What you will do
Gather and analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts to develop accurate and insightful demand plans
Build statistical forecasts and integrate input from Sales and Marketing, constructively challenging assumptions to ensure realistic and aligned outcomes
Coordinate regional S&OP activities—including market offering, sales planning, sales reviews, and regional S&OP meetings—to drive alignment on unconstrained demand forecasts and mitigation plans
Assess market trends, product introductions, and phase‑outs; manage risk scenarios and support escalation processes when needed
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regional Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure integrated, end‑to‑end planning
Monitor key KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement in planning accuracy, transparency, and responsiveness
Identify potential demand variations—such as spikes or seasonality—and work proactively with Regional Supply Chain and other teams to address them
Enhance demand planning processes to support greater efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability
Support and execute planning‑related projects and tasks as needed
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply‑chain roles, ideally within a global or matrix environment, and you have worked with S&OP processes; you also have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent—certifications such as CPIM or studies in Data Science, Statistics, or Predictive Analytics are considered an advantage
You have strong analytical skills and can interpret data, identify meaningful trends, and work confidently with statistical forecasting methods
You are an effective communicator with the ability to influence, build alignment, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders and regions
You have solid technical proficiency, including familiarity with demand‑planning tools, ERP and APS systems, as well as advanced Excel and reporting platforms such as Power BI
You have strong business acumen and understand supply chain dynamics, market behaviors, and cost‑to‑serve principles
You are proactive in solving problems and can adapt plans quickly when conditions or assumptions change
You are fluent in English

Travel requirements: up to 20%.
We offer hybrid working model.
The position holder will report to Strategic Supply Chain Director and dotted line to Americas Supply Chain Director.
