Greetings from your future manager

"Welcome you to join Strategic Supply Chain team in Adhesive Materials. As we continue strengthening our end‑to‑end planning capabilities, Demand Planning Manager will play a key part in shaping accurate, insight‑driven demand forecasts and enabling collaboration across Sales, Market, Operations, and Regional Supply Chain. If you enjoy working with data, influencing decisions, and driving continuous improvement—this is a place where your expertise will truly make an impact. I look forward to getting to know you." - Krzysztof Kwiatos, Director, Strategic Supply Chain.

What you will do

  • Gather and analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts to develop accurate and insightful demand plans

  • Build statistical forecasts and integrate input from Sales and Marketing, constructively challenging assumptions to ensure realistic and aligned outcomes

  • Coordinate regional S&OP activities—including market offering, sales planning, sales reviews, and regional S&OP meetings—to drive alignment on unconstrained demand forecasts and mitigation plans

  • Assess market trends, product introductions, and phase‑outs; manage risk scenarios and support escalation processes when needed

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regional Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure integrated, end‑to‑end planning

  • Monitor key KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement in planning accuracy, transparency, and responsiveness

  • Identify potential demand variations—such as spikes or seasonality—and work proactively with Regional Supply Chain and other teams to address them

  • Enhance demand planning processes to support greater efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability

  • Support and execute planning‑related projects and tasks as needed

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply‑chain roles, ideally within a global or matrix environment, and you have worked with S&OP processes; you also have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent—certifications such as CPIM or studies in Data Science, Statistics, or Predictive Analytics are considered an advantage

  • You have strong analytical skills and can interpret data, identify meaningful trends, and work confidently with statistical forecasting methods

  • You are an effective communicator with the ability to influence, build alignment, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders and regions

  • You have solid technical proficiency, including familiarity with demand‑planning tools, ERP and APS systems, as well as advanced Excel and reporting platforms such as Power BI

  • You have strong business acumen and understand supply chain dynamics, market behaviors, and cost‑to‑serve principles

  • You are proactive in solving problems and can adapt plans quickly when conditions or assumptions change

  • You are fluent in English
