Where you’ll be:

This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in developing accurate demand forecasts that drive business performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. You’ll leverage historical data, market trends, and customer insights to create forward-looking plans that optimize inventory and service levels. Success in this role depends on being proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a 24-month aggregated demand plan at SKU and channel levels

  • Lead the demand planning process, ensuring promotions and new initiatives are captured in forecasts

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to manage inventory and communicate risks and opportunities

  • Facilitate monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align on consensus forecasts

  • Incorporate market trends and customer insights into demand planning analysis

  • Perform root cause analysis to reduce forecast errors and improve accuracy

  • Publish monthly channel forecasts and demand plan metrics to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 years of experience in supply chain or demand/inventory planning

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
