About Eve
Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how law is practiced, this is where you belong.
Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
Eve's Demand Generation Strategist helps us reach, engage, and convert prospects across the channels that make sense for the audience, including email, paid search, and paid social, with AI woven into the workflow. No batch and blast. This role supports strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization of campaigns based on real performance data. You'll help design multi-touch programs, including nurture streams, lifecycle emails, webinar and newsletter promotion, and paid channel touches, working closely with the revenue marketing team on positioning, tone, and strategy. The role blends demand generation fundamentals, channel versatility, and growing AI fluency.
What You Will Accomplish- Support the design and execution of multi-touch demand generation campaigns targeting plaintiff law firms, potentially spanning email, outbound, paid search, and paid social, from ICP definition through sequence design and reply handling.
- Help build demand gen programs across whichever channels fit the audience (email, paid social, paid search, etc.) that move leads from first touch to booked meeting.
- Help fuel demand programs: align audiences, offers, and landing pages with nurture sequences, support webinar and event registrations, provide pre-event air cover and post-event retargeting, and contribute to account-based plays against high-value firm segments.
- Help monitor deliverability, list health, and segmentation, and support performance tracking across other channels in play so every audience gets a relevant message.
- Help run structured tests on subject lines, copy, cadence, send timing, and channel mix, and contribute to playbooks the whole team can use.
- Work with Sales and RevOps and the revenue marketing team to align messaging across channels with pipeline goals, and report clearly on what is working.
- 2-3 years in demand generation, email marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Solid fundamentals: deliverability, segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and testing discipline.
- Experience integrating demand motions promoting webinars and events, feeding nurture programs, or supporting ABM plays.
- Growing AI fluency: you're comfortable using AI tools, learning how to prompt them well, and understanding where automation ends and human craft begins.
- Fluency in funnel metrics and you optimize for pipeline, not vanity numbers.
- Comfort with data: you use reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline to guide decisions, not gut feel.
- Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or another relationship-driven vertical.
- Hands-on time with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar enrichment, sequencing, or paid channel platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Exposure to building AI-assisted workflows, beyond just using out-of-the-box features.
Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
