Demand Generation Marketing Internship

Remote | Part-Time (20 hours/week for 6 weeks)

WeVideo is the leading full-cycle video learning platform for content creators, businesses of all sizes, and educational institutions. We have a current opening for a temporary part-time Demand Generation Marketing Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in demand generation marketing with a focus on digital marketing tools and strategy. The intern will gain practical knowledge working with a seasoned marketing team and receive mentorship to build foundational skills in marketing technology and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Proficiency: Learn the ins and outs of HubSpot, including data management, workflows, reporting, and overall platform navigation
  • Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns, email sends, and list segmentation
  • Event Marketing: Support virtual and in-person event campaigns, including promotion, registration tracking, and post-event engagement
  • Marketing Analytics: Help pull reports, analyze campaign performance, and summarize findings for the team
  • Product Familiarity: Learn about our products and solutions to build a strong foundation in what you're helping to market

Tools You'll Use

  • HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM and automation
  • Asana for task and project management
  • Slack and Gmail for internal communication

Internship Structure

  • Remote & Part-Time: 20 hours per week for 6 weeks
  • Flexible Hours: Work can be done on your own schedule with some overlap for mentorship and check-ins
  • Weekly Check-ins: Regular 1:1 meetings with the Marketing Operations Manager to support growth, answer questions, and provide feedback
  • Project-Based Learning: Work on real campaigns and initiatives with direct impact

Projects & Learning Opportunities

  • Complete at least one HubSpot certification course
  • Build and test automation in HubSpot
  • Support the execution of a campaign from planning to reporting
  • Build emails with guidance from the marketing team
  • Attend weekly team meetings and present learnings or progress updates
  • Gain exposure to B2B marketing strategy and technology stacks

Requirement:
