The Demand Generation Manager will strategize and execute demand generation initiatives, managing programs across various regions while optimizing campaigns and collaboration with sales teams.

This position is 100% remote, with the understanding that occasional in-person attendance may be required for trainings, meetings, and team gatherings, as determined by your manager.
The Demand Generation Manager (Global) owns the strategy and execution of integrated programs that generate pipeline and revenue across Traackr’s key regions (US and EMEA). You will take over existing go-to-market programs and scale demand across paid media, email/nurture, account-based marketing, lead generation, and events, balancing global consistency with regional customization based on market maturity, language, audience needs, and sales priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own the global demand generation strategy and operating cadence, aligning targets, ICP, segments, and personas across regions.
- Adapt and localize campaigns by region (e.g., US vs EU vs APAC), tailoring:
- messaging and offers,
- targeting and channel mix,
- language and creative,
- landing pages and nurture flows,
- timelines and budgets,
- maintaining one cohesive global narrative and measurement framework.
- Take over and optimize existing GTM programs, improving performance and standardizing best-practice processes that can be reused across regions.
- Plan and execute regional paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, including audience strategy, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization by market.
- Lead email marketing and nurturing programs, building regional journeys (global + localized variations) and improving MQL→SQL→pipeline conversion rates.
- Drive regional ABM and lead generation motions for enterprise and mid-market accounts, partnering with SDR/BDR and Sales on territory plans, account lists, and SLAs.
- Own event strategy and execution, including 2–3 self-hosted events per year in major cities such as Paris, London, and New York, plus targeted regional activations aligned to local priorities.
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop the right assets for each market and persona (CMO, VP/Director Influencer Marketing, eCommerce, practitioners), including localized versions where needed.
- Operationalize measurement and reporting globally, ensuring clean regional attribution and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and marketing/email platforms.
- Report on performance by region, delivering insights and recommendations on spend efficiency, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and ROI.
Qualifications
- 7+ experience leading demand generation functions within B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proven track record of developing and executing demand generation programs for businesses operating in both the U.S. and EMEA markets.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of inspiring teams and fostering career growth.
- Ability to roll up sleeves and take ownership of both strategy and execution.
- Expertise in developing, executing, and measuring data-driven demand generation programs.
- Strong analytical skills to track program effectiveness and optimize marketing spend.
- Experience working closely with sales development teams to drive high-quality lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Deep understanding of content marketing and product marketing alignment to support demand generation goals.
- Exceptional project management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce.com, Qualified) and CRM systems.
- Experience marketing to marketers, especially in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of demand generation best practices, digital marketing, and B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, policy creation, and procedural development for marketing infrastructure.
- French language skills are a plus but not required.
