Demand Generation Manager 

Function: Marketing 

Reports to: Sr. Director, Demand Generation

Position Summary: 

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing demand generation strategies that generate high-quality leads and accelerate revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage marketing technologies, and implement data-driven campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing and selling into the Public Sector, B2B SaaS, marketing automation, and a passion for driving measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop compelling multi-channel marketing programs to support generating demand, capture engagement, and grow the sales pipeline. 
  • Deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team, enabling them to achieve their new customer acquisition and revenue targets. 
  • Build integrated plans by partnering with other marketing functions including field marketing, content, social media, product marketing, and marketing operations 
  • Create and optimize nurture streams based upon areas of interest indicated by web behavior as well as where our next customers are on their customer journey. 
  • Develop, execute, promote and produce strong webinar campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive registrants, attendees and on-demand consumption. 
  • Identify and execute tradeshows, conferences, and roadshow opportunities 
  • Broadcast our product team's newest innovations to generate demand within our prospect database and within the marketing and sales market. 
  • Establish intimate knowledge or our database of marketing leads to uncover where opportunities for engagement exist within the database. 
  • Understand where marketing and sales professionals are getting their information today and build partnerships, co-marketing, and sponsorship opportunities to run campaigns that capture new leads into the database. 
  • Measure, analyze, and report on business key performance indicators and goals while ensuring adherence to service level agreements, always looking for opportunities for further optimization of the buyer journey. 

Skills and Experience Needed: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in demand generation in the B2B SaaS industry marketing to the Public Sector. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Proven ability to leverage AI to improve campaign deployment and productivity. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative demand generation strategies. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing. 
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding lead generation goals.
