About The Role
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager with deep experience to lead marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Agency teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support go-to-market plans and business objectives.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, excels in driving good volumes of qualified leads that convert to sales, can develop and execute detailed marketing strategies across an ideal set of channels and tactics. Experience in product process safety, operational risk and/or health and safety solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Campaign Management: Lead the strategy, development and execution of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (SEM, paid social, display, email, etc.) to generate qualified pipeline and drive growth.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the execution of GTM strategies for product launches, new features, and partnerships. Align efforts across Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
- ABM & Personalization: Build and optimize ABM programs targeting key accounts, leveraging platforms like 6Sense, LinkedIn, and email.
- Work closely with the Product Marketing function: understand and leverage core messaging and positioning to drive ICP driven campaigns, and sales enablement through playbooks, case studies, and training materials, that support pipeline acceleration..
- Analyzing and reporting on performance: Use analytics to understand audience behavior and refine targeting to optimize performance.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Contribute to content strategies that establish thought leadership—such as webinars, blogs, and whitepapers—within the process safety, and risk management solution space.
- Marketing Operations: Use MarTech platforms to manage and optimize campaign performance, measure ROI, and improve marketing efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a connector across teams to drive integrated marketing strategies and shared KPIs.
Qualifications And Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS solution focused companies.
- Deep understanding of lead gen and customer acquisition strategies, the utilization of differing channels and tactics that drive quality leads that convert to opportunities and pipeline growth.
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, 6Sense, SEO, and email automation tools.
- Experience planning and optimizing campaigns across SEM, display, paid social, and website.
- Advanced knowledge of MarTech and campaign performance analytics.
- Strong grasp of ABM strategies and tools, with demonstrated success executing personalized campaigns.
- Experience in A/B testing and using data to continuously optimize marketing programs.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results.
Pay:
$106,000.00 - $158,000.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation PlanCommensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
