We’re hiring a Lifecycle & Email Manager to design, operate, and scale our email-driven growth engine across the full customer journey. You will own nurtures, triggered communications, and newsletters—ensuring prospects and customers get timely, useful value at every touchpoint. Your north star is measurable impact on pipeline and revenue across both new business and expansion, enabling us to hit our FY27 goals.
What You'll Accomplish
- Define the lifecycle and email strategy for prospects and customers, aligned to ICPs, buying stages, and adoption milestones.
- Build a modular nurture framework (welcome, education, consideration, competitive, reactivation) with clear entry/exit rules and next-best-action logic.
- Launch event-driven emails tied to behaviors (web, intent, product usage), stages, and account context; maintain a library of triggered plays.
- Own newsletter production, variants by segment/vertical, and scalable content assembly using templates, snippets, and dynamic blocks.
- Operationalize firmographic, technographic, and intent signals; implement dynamic fields and content rules to personalize at scale.
- Run structured tests on subject lines, copy, offers, send time, frequency, and audience; document learnings and roll out playbooks.
- Own list health, consent/opt-down logic, bounce/spam monitoring, and domain reputation; partner with RevOps on data hygiene.
- Instrument dashboards for volume, engagement, conversion, sourced/influenced pipeline, velocity, and expansion impact; communicate results and next steps to stakeholders.
- Work with Brand/Content for assets, Product/CS for adoption and upsell journeys, RevOps/Data for audience logic, and Sales/SDR for field alignment.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS lifecycle/email or demand gen with end-to-end ownership of nurtures, triggered programs, and newsletters that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Hands-on with MAP/CRM (HubSpot + Salesforce), confident building segments, dynamic content, and multi-step programs.
- Strong experimentation mindset; comfortable with funnel metrics and attribution
- Experience managing domain reputation, list hygiene, consent frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Clear, concise copy that maps value props to personas and stages; able to brief and iterate quickly with Content/Creative.
- Partners well with Content, Brand, Sales, Product, CS, and RevOps; brings crisp documentation and executive-ready reporting.
