Our Demand Generation team has one core mission: create pipeline for our revenue team. As Head of Demand Generation DACH, you own pipeline creation for the DACH market to speed up 360Learning’s growth. 

Our current Head of DG (DACH) will be on extended leave for 8-9 months, so we’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our team during this time to manage performance and ensure the DACH market hits their marketing and sales targets.

While temporary, this position offers an incredible opportunity to spend nearly a year learning the ins-and-outs of a high-performance marketing org, and to work directly with talented individuals across the entire company.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Experience a comprehensive onboarding that includes insight into our team, culture, and product
  • Collaborate with our EMEA Paid Marketing Manager to create your 1st marketing experiments on paid channels
  • Upskill on how to manage our remarketing campaigns

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Own the DACH Demand Gen budget
  • Be accountable for achieving our DACH SQL targets (Sales Qualified Leads) 
  • Work closely with the EMEA Paid Media Manager on allocating budget across channels
  • Define and execute your marketing experiment roadmap to monitor & improve all marketing touchpoints
  • Partner with DACH BDRs to improve lead follow up and increase the conversion rate of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQLs
  • Be the DACH Sales team point of contact for all marketing-related questions

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Collaborate with the rest of the EMEA marketing team (EMEA Paid Media Manager, EMEA event manager, Product Marketing team, Brand team) to create more ambitious & complex campaigns
  • Unlock new acquisition channels to scale demand generation in DACH
  • Feed the Product Marketing team with business insights based on your campaigns results thus building your knowledge of the L&D industry

The Skill Set

  • Min. 5 years experience in Demand Generation in B2B SaaS, owning a budget and a target (SQL/opportunities/pipe), interacting with a sales team
  • Native German speaker or business fluent in German (min. C2)
  • Fluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent
  • Good understanding of SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn/Facebook Ads): you understand what our Paid Marketing Manager does and can challenge them
  • Good command of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot) and Salesforce
  • Data-focus: you start with numbers. You’re driven by performance. 
  • Attention to detail: you know how to launch a campaign without a glitch and catch every typo
  • Analytical skills: you quickly create reports and analyze performance methodically to identify bottlenecks
  • Autonomy and Project Management: you’re a problem solver who knows how to conduct projects on her own. 
  • Written communication: your written communication is structured and crystal-clear
  • Experience with ABM campaigns is a plus
