We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Demand Generation team member to lead our campaigns that drive users from awareness to adoption and support our land and expand motion. This role will require a strong focus on multi-channel campaign management, with expertise in email nurture, website optimization, and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- AI & Automated Nurture Flow Management: Help manage and scale AI-driven nurture flows, ensuring seamless integration between automated email nurturing and AI-generated content. Work closely with the AI team to continually refine and enhance these flows for better engagement and conversion.
- Demand Generation Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting both new users and expansion among existing customers. Drive users through the funnel from awareness to adoption, and create targeted campaigns that encourage expansion within existing accounts.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Lead the strategy, management, and optimization of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email nurture, website personalization (with tools like Adobe Target), and paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Web Optimization & Personalization: Leverage web optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Target) to continuously enhance user experiences and conversions on our website. Collaborate with the web team to create personalized landing pages and optimize user journeys.
- Data-Driven Optimization & Testing: Define KPIs for campaign success and continuously monitor performance. Use A/B testing, analytics, and insights to optimize campaigns and ensure they meet demand generation objectives.
- Messaging Strategy & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and product teams to create compelling, personalized messaging for multi-channel campaigns.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner with Sales and SDRs to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, and collaborate on pre- and post-campaign activities to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns and ensure a smooth handoff for lead follow-up and account expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
- Expertise in email nurture, website optimization (experience with Adobe Target or similar tools), and paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Foundational understanding of AI prompt writing to apply to marketing initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, etc.) to drive campaign performance and optimizations.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional GTM teams and lead initiatives that align with broader business and revenue goals.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex campaigns and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in high-growth environments where innovation, problem-solving, and a proactive approach are key to success.
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $74,000 - $93,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
