Position Overview

Agiloft is looking for a Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing Manager to generate qualified pipeline within priority markets, segments, and accounts through integrated demand generation and account-based marketing strategies.

This individual contributor will translate growth priorities into targeted programs that reach the right buyers, activate priority accounts, and create and accelerate pipeline. The role owns campaign strategy and execution across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions, balancing highly personalized account engagement with scalable demand generation approaches.

Working closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Operations, this role will use market intelligence, customer insights, intent signals, performance data, and sales input to determine where and how Agiloft should engage target audiences.

This role will orchestrate campaigns across digital, email, events, content, social, partners, sales plays, and other relevant channels.

Data, AI, automation, and marketing technology will support faster research, more relevant personalization, scalable execution, and continuous campaign optimization.
