The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you engage in software engineering projects that leverage key tech competencies including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps, Quality Engineering, and Automation Engineering. As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You collaborate with team members to drive innovation and deliver solutions that provide distinctive benefits for our clients.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree

- Preferred field(s) of study: Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Management, Computer Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
- Preferred Cumulative GPA: 3.0
- Preferred Major GPA: 3.0
- Products and Technology associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements.
- Proficient in project management approaches and tools
- Skilled in programming skills like Java, .NET, Python

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $100,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
