About The Role

We are looking for a DeFi Partner Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to the DeFi ecosystem protocols across the Aptos network. You will be responsible for building relationships, assisting partners with inquiries they have regarding engineering, marketing, and partnerships, and actively work to grow these partner protocols by making the right connections and driving these relationships end-to-end. Additionally, you will be tasked with executing cross-collaboration partnership initiatives across the Aptos DeFi ecosystem. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and protocols within the Aptos DeFi ecosystem

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with our business development, product, engineering, marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver on partner’s everyday needs

  • Maintain a cadence of communicating the latest partner updates to the wider Aptos team and identify opportunities for deeper engagement

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Aptos network DeFi ecosystem so you can identify areas of collaboration between various DeFi protocols

  • Define and execute new cross-collaboration initiatives across Aptos DeFi ecosystem protocols

  • Review partner’s complaints and concerns and seek to improve the partner experience

  • Lead efforts to keep the DeFi ecosystem CRM updated with accurate and relevant partner information

  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the DeFi space, monitoring industry trends, technological advances, regulatory changes, competitor activities, and similar trends taking place in traditional finance

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in partnerships, customer success, or similar roles at a high-growth technology company with at least one year of deep DeFi experience

  • Experience in and strong market knowledge of crypto and DeFi required

  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

  • Accountability and personal organization are essential

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as this role requires frequent communication to members of our team and commercial partners
