We operate some of the most sophisticated, highest-volume trading systems in DeFi and actively trade across major centralized venues as well. Our work spans market making, yield strategies, and advanced on-chain execution.
We’re hiring a DeFi Engineer to help us expand to more chains, more protocols, and new trading strategies. You’ll work closely with traders, quants, and engineers in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do- On-Chain Data + Execution
- Build systems to read high-volume, low-latency data from blockchains.
- Send and manage transactions in performance-sensitive environments.
- Smart Contract / On-Chain Program Development
- Design, implement, and deploy production smart contracts on Solana or EVM environments.
- System & Architecture Design
- Contribute to end-to-end exchange, execution, and data-pipeline architecture.
- Pragmatic Delivery
- Trading moves fast. You should be comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, handling trade-offs, and delivering working systems on tight timelines. We value engineers who can prioritise what matters, move quickly, and get things shipped. An ability to execute under pressure

- Experience
- 4+ years of software development.
- 2+ years working in DeFi.
- Proven delivery of production-ready DeFi systems on Solana or EVM.
- Knowledge
- Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics, trading systems, spot/margin trading, and on-chain execution.
- Mindset
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with low-level blockchain runtime or transaction-pipeline optimizations.
- Experience landing high-volume transactions on Solana or EVM.
- Background in market making or high-frequency trading.
