Key Responsibilities:
Align with Opportunity Identification & Development efforts to support strategic business pursuits.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of capture strategies, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Lead the creation of business cases for strategic captures, ensuring robust financial analysis and alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as the Finance functional counterpart for pre-proposal support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
- Facilitate the Finance team handoff from opportunity development to proposal support, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of financial oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in finance, business case development, and strategic planning within the aerospace or defense industry.
- Experience supporting capture teams and contributing to strategy development.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across functions.
- Ability to manage transitions and ensure alignment between opportunity development and proposal support phases.
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Finance / Deal Underwriting.

The base pay range for this position is $128,800 - $171,700. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 11/07/25.
