The Opportunity...
We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven Account Onboarding Specialist, Insurance to lead the high-volume onboarding of new retail clients in the insurance sector. This role is crucial in setting up auto, home, life, health, and Medicare agent accounts for success, ensuring captive and independent agency/brokerage clients are well-versed in our platform, and building a solid foundation for future account growth. The Account Onboarding Specialist, Insurance will play a key role in expanding our market presence, and achieving business objectives, especially as they related to the growth of the industry’s strongest network of captive and independent agents.
How You’ll Contribute...
Ensure seamless onboarding for a high volume of auto, home, life, health, and Medicare agent accounts through clear processes and high-quality support.
Lead product walkthroughs and training sessions to engage clients with our platform’s features.
Develop and champion standardized onboarding scripts, walkthroughs, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance within the insurance industry.
Conduct client data analysis to identify trends and create actionable insights that optimize client success and account growth.
Manage the structured handoff of clients to Account Management after onboarding, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Actively participate in weekly onboarding/sale/account management team meetings, set agendas, track progress, and hold team members accountable for performance metrics.
Act as a liaison to product and development teams, gathering client feedback to drive product improvements.
What We’re Looking For...
2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or onboarding, preferably within the insurance or technology industries.
Exceptional communication skills via telephone, Teams/Slack/Zoom, astute attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent client support.
Proven ability to effectively muti-task in a deadline-driven environment, analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support account success.
Demonstrated ability to manage client performance, set clear goals, and collaborate effectively with the entire Retail team and carrier clients.
Bonus: Familiarity with insurance industry standards and regulatory compliance.
