Job Summary & Responsibilities

As a Deals Desk Administrator, you are the critical bridge between the Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. You won't just be entering orders; you will be the gatekeeper of deal integrity. Working closely with the Deals Desk Manager, your mission is to ensure that every contract is commercially sound, compliant with company policy, and processed with high velocity to drive revenue.

  • Deal Validation & Workflow: Review incoming contracts for accuracy, ensuring all pricing, discounts, and terms align with internal Bookings policies.
  • Sales Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for Account Executives to troubleshoot deal structures and expedite the approval process.
  • CRM Management: Own the Closed-Won process within Salesforce, ensuring all data fields are meticulously maintained for accurate financial reporting.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure all deals have the necessary signatures and documentation before finalizing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the Quote-to-Cash cycle and suggest automation or workflow tweaks to speed up deal cycles.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the Contract Admin team to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to billing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Entry Level Position: 0-2 years of experience. Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Data, Sales, or a Related Field required.
  • Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for spotting discrepancies in complex contracts or pricing tables.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Quote-to-Cash tools (Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM), formerly Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)).
  • Communication: Ability to say "no" or "fix this" to a high-energy sales team while maintaining a collaborative relationship.
  • Problem Solving: A knack for untangling complex deal structures to make them fit into standard systems.

Performance Metrics

  • Order Accuracy Rate: Minimizing "return-to-sender" errors on submitted deals.
  • Turnaround Time: Speed of processing a deal from Pending to Booked.
  • Data Integrity: Maintaining 100% accuracy in CRM reporting fields.
