This role acts as a liaison between sales, legal, finance, and other departments to facilitate and streamline the process of quoting, contracting, and approving sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deal flow: Coordinate the end-to-end process for deals, from initial creation and quoting to final approval and contract management, ensuring deals move efficiently through the sales cycle.
- Review and Validate Sales Opportunities: Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines. Ensure that deal-related information in Salesforce is complete and accurate to facilitate the booking process.
- Assist in Deal Structuring: Provide guidance to sales representatives with pricing quotes, policy interpretation, and terms and conditions for deals.
- Manage Approval Processes: Ensure timely and accurate routing of deals to appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep pricing guides, approval workflows, and contract templates up to date.
- Implement Process Improvements: Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide Training and Support: Support enablement efforts by helping educate Sales on deal processes and best practices.
- Track and Report Metrics: Monitor deal cycle time, approval rates, and pricing compliance.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with departments like sales, finance, legal, order management, pricing and customer success to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing. Serve as the subject-matter expert on deal policies, approval workflows, and discount thresholds.Identify bottlenecks and proactively escalate issues that could delay deal closure.
- Analysis & Optimization: Analyse deal trends and provide insights to improve pricing discipline, win rates, and deal velocity. Recommend process improvements that reduce friction and enhance the end-to-end deal experience. Support forecast accuracy by ensuring high-quality deal data.
Key skills and qualifications
- Fluent English (written and verbal) essential.
- Proficient in Salesforce.
