Company Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Deal Desk & Billing Specialist who loves details, understands systems, and takes pride in getting things right. In this role, you’ll be a critical control point in our revenue process — ensuring customer contracts flow cleanly from signature through Salesforce, NetSuite, and invoicing.

You’ll work closely with our CFO and executive leadership, partner across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success, and help ensure that what we sell, bill, and invoice always matches what was agreed to. If you enjoy tracing issues end-to-end, improving processes, and working in a fast-moving subscription environment, this role has your name on it.

Job Description

  • Review signed customer contracts and validate that deal terms are accurately reflected in Salesforce before deals are marked Closed Won

  • Ensure subscriptions are correctly configured in NetSuite, including pricing, billing schedules, and contract terms

  • Validate and troubleshoot billing logic after Salesforce-to-NetSuite sync

  • Ensure invoices are generated accurately and on time based on contract terms

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by tracing issues across contracts, Salesforce, NetSuite, and invoicing

  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success, including customer-facing communication when billing issues arise

  • Support high-volume, recurring billing operations in a subscription-based environment

  • Help maintain strong finance controls and data accuracy as the company continues to scale

Qualifications

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Billing, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite

  • Proven ability to review contracts and translate terms into system configuration

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills

  • Clear, professional communication skills in English and the ability to work cross-functionally

  • Ability to trace issues end-to-end across multiple systems and identify root causes

PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business

  • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)

  • Experience supporting audits or finance-led control environments

  • Ability to build reports or dashboards in Salesforce or NetSuite

  • Experience enforcing pricing, discounting, and contract approval processes

  • Comfort managing high-volume recurring billing (3,000+ customers, mostly monthly)

Additional Information

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

  • Work directly with the CFO and executive leadership

  • Be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization

  • Have real ownership and visibility in a role that directly impacts revenue and customer experience

  • Opportunity to improve systems, processes, and data in a dynamic environment

  • Ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-savvy professional looking for a high-impact role
