Job Description:

The Deal Desk Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring that deals are structured optimally, compliant with company policies, and accurately reflected in our systems. This position involves collaborating closely with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to accelerate deal cycles and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of sales processes.

What you’ll do:
  • Review and document non-standard sales deals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team on deal-related matters including proposals of alternative options and/or value proposition to drive deal structures
  • Monitor the workflow of sales deals to ensure timely approvals
  • Understand systemic processes and limitations to partner with sales regarding deal rollout
Experience you’ll bring:
  • Demonstrated familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry - Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance Operations, Sales Operations or Pricing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with GTM Teams and other cross functional departments
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume, schedule flexibility during End of Month, End or Quarter
  • Ability to take initiative and make recommendations on how to improve existing processes
  • Experience working with Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience with report / dashboard generation from Salesforce and Excel Ability to analyze trends or patterns related to pricing and commercial terms.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate contracts
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, and open to feedback
  • Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce CPQ
Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $56,900 - $78,900 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
