The Deal Desk Analyst is a key partner to Sales and cross-functional teams, responsible for structuring complex deals, ensuring compliance with pricing and contract standards, and streamlining approval workflows. This role supports deal underwriting, Client Order Form (COF) standardization, RFP responses, and pricing analysis. You'll help drive operational efficiency and support sales enablement efforts, playing an integral role in the company’s revenue strategy and growth.

Deal Desk Analyst
The Deal Desk Analyst is a key partner to Sales and cross-functional teams, responsible for structuring complex deals, ensuring compliance with pricing and contract standards, and streamlining approval workflows. This role supports deal underwriting, Client Order Form (COF) standardization, RFP responses, and pricing analysis. You'll help drive operational efficiency and support sales enablement efforts, playing an integral role in the company’s revenue strategy and growth.

Responsibilities:
Deal Structuring & Execution
- Structure, review, and approve complex deals in coordination with Sales, Business Unit Leaders, and Senior Leadership
- Ensure alignment with pricing, margin, and contract policy standards
- Support non-standard deal terms while maintaining compliance and profitability
- Lead Client Order Form (COF) creation for complex opportunities and coordinate across management and operational teams
- Apply deal underwriting criteria across deal types and business units
- Define and enforce approval workflows based on key thresholds (e.g., MRR, margin, risk)
- Streamline review processes to enable faster, more efficient deal approvals
- Work closely with Legal, Procurement, Product, and Business Unit leaders to validate margins, assess risk, and manage contract reviews
- Align internal stakeholders on financial models, special offers, and custom deal terms
- Develop and maintain standardized COF templates and ensure contract scalability and compliance
- Manage version control and update internal SOP documentation to support consistency and audit-readiness
- Monitor discount trends across markets and business units
- Provide actionable insights to inform pricing strategy and enforce discount guardrails in partnership with Sales Enablement
- Assist in crafting, reviewing, and editing RFP and RFI responses with input from subject matter experts
- Tailor proposal content based on customer needs, industry research, and strategic positioning
- Organize and manage reusable proposal content and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Provide Sales with guidance on deal desk processes, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to revenue strategy projects and go-to-market initiatives
- Support enablement efforts to improve operational efficiency and scalability across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; healthcare industry experience is a plus
- 3+ years in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or a similar role within SaaS, healthcare IT, or professional services
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, pricing structures, and contract management
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to align and drive outcomes across Sales, Legal, Product, and other cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
- Experience supporting RFPs and knowledge of proposal management processes is preferred
- High business acumen with a strategic approach to deal structuring
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
