DBA Records Specialist

Amentum seeks a DBA Records Specialist who will be responsible for the retrieval and maintenance of former employee personnel files and records. This is a remote-telework role. US Citizenship is required. This position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Essential Responsibilities:

Performs retrieval of employee-related documents in accordance with established company standards and procedures. Provides support for requests on former employee files and records both internal and external via various current and historic HR platforms. 
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in records management or a related role with a High School Diploma; 0-3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong customer service/relationship management skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with demonstrated high attention to detail.
• Requires knowledge of computer operating software programs.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
