Key Responsibilities
Dayforce WFM & Payroll
  • Lead or support implementations across Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll modules.

  • Configure pay policies, accruals, workflows, and compliance rules within Dayforce.

  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into system design.

  • Perform payroll testing, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support.

Kronos Workforce Central (v8.1.14)
  • Configure pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling in Kronos WFC.

  • Support timecard validation, exception handling, and reporting.

  • Contribute to Kronos-to-Dayforce migration projects or co-existence strategies.

Technical Integration & Platform Support
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support integrations via SAP PI/PO and secure file transfers (EFT).

  • Utilize Control-M for job scheduling and automation of payroll/WFM processes.

  • Support deployments on Azure on-prem environments, ensuring stability and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional or technical issues.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Dayforce WFM & Payroll implementations.

  • 2+ years of configuration experience in Kronos Workforce Central v8.1.14.

  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP PI/PO, Control-M, EFT, and Azure on-prem environments.

  • Strong expertise in payroll compliance, labor laws, and timekeeping policies.

  • Experience with data mapping, file transfers, and integration testing.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ceridian Dayforce certification.

  • Prior experience in Kronos to Dayforce migration projects.

  • Knowledge of Workday HCM is a plus.

  • Experience with multi-country or global payroll implementations.
