Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in the US)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Analyst / Database Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or corrections and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves software design scoping, interface design scoping, database conversion, and effectively conveying customer needs to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and scope software and interface solutions.
  • Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Convert and migrate databases as needed.
  • Communicate customer needs and feedback to the development team.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business analysis and database development.
  • Background in law enforcement or corrections highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
