As a Data Technology Manager within PNC's Data and Automation organization, you will be based in Strongsville-OH, Pittsburgh-PA or Cleveland-OH.
Manager needs a blend of leadership qualities, technical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between data science and IT operations.
Responsibilities include:
Manage a group of software engineers to develop data driven and scalable solution (Leads the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions)
Experience in Incident Management, vulnerabilities, Problem Management, and Operations Management and collaboration with different teams.
Lead a team to manage to roll-out and implementation of releases. Identify issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborates with various product owners and enterprise architects to ensure capabilities support the intended business value and meets the governance and best practices of the platform.
Oversee the talent management of engineering talent, including recruiting, mentoring, and enabling a culture of learning with a focus on engineering craftsmanship.
Understanding of databases, data pipelines, and ETL processes is necessary for managing data used for model training and deployment.
Understanding of Machine Learning Model ( framework and tool) is desired.

Job Description
  • Manages all aspects of a data warehouse such as data sourcing, migration, quality, design, and implementation. Directs and develops staff who are dedicated to the development, upkeep and integrity of data warehouses.
  • Oversees the work of IT and business customers in developing requirements and design specifications for complex data warehouse systems.
  • Leads and manages data warehouse staff while focusing on the development, maintenance and integrity of the organization's data warehouse.
  • Conducts performance reviews and determines professional development needs and opportunities for staff.
  • Identifies new initiatives and/or recommendations for database growth and integration.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $172,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
