Job Summary/Description:

GDM (Gray Media Group) is seeking a data-driven, forward-thinking analyst to join our team as a Data Solutions Specialist. This position will play a crucial role in the connection, transformation, and visualization of our company’s sales and digital campaign data. The ideal candidate will have experience organizing data and establishing processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Establish and monitor data connections between various first- and third-party data sources
• Implement data strategies to uphold the quality and accuracy of data
• Develop and maintain data pipelines
• Prepare data for visualizations
• Additional data management tasks and analysis

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science or a similar field
• 2+ years in data analytics
• Experience with reporting platforms such as Tableau, Domo, or Power BI
• Working knowledge of regex/SQL
• Experience using data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Critical thinker with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in digital media and the Google Analytics platform is a plus
