Job Description:
• Partner collaboratively with team managers and software developers to create a dashboard for code insights• Conduct analyses on the effectiveness of product offerings by examining the real-world impacts of customer use.• Competently handle large datasets, sifting for patterns and trends and translate those insights into technical solutions and education materials.• Automate metrics generation using Jira data• Communicate across key stakeholders on work progress and provide regular updates• Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting• Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed
What you'll need
• To be available to work Full-time between approximately Early-June to Early August (Program duration is 10 weeks)• To be a Penultimate Masters/Undergraduate Student, due to graduate no earlier than December 2026 Or Final year student as appropriate • Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills• Strategic thinker with ability to derive and translate data analytics to meet business goals• Sound written and verbal communication skills• Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions• Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, consistently meet established deadlines, and deliver exceptional results• Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding skills including Jira• Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
