About the Role 

MoeGo is seeking a Data Migration Program Manager to lead end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of customer data into MoeGo.

The goal: seamless full data migrations, enabling the Onboarding Success (OBS) team to deliver an exceptional customer onboarding experience.

This is a hybrid role with working hours more aligned with the overseas team timezone, afternoon/evening hours (PST), ideal for managing a distributed team and collaborating with US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

💼 Migration Project Leadership

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of data migration projects:

• Act as the primary point of contact between Data Migration (DM) and Onboarding (OBS) teams.

📊 Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all pilot data is accurately placed in the MoeGo system with:

• Run QA processes and audits to verify data integrity before full imports.

🔍 Optimization & Best Practices

• Identify and implement improvements to streamline pilot import accuracy and reduce rework.

• Create internal documentation and workflows that improve repeatability and reduce dependency on individuals.

• Build a knowledge base of common vendor data structures and migration approaches.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)

• 3+ years of experience in Data Migration, Data Ops, or Implementation roles at SaaS companies

• Strong in data structure comprehension (think: Excel wizardry, SQL, CSV transformations, understanding how fields map across systems)

• Comfortable working directly with customers to clarify data details and timelines — without needing to handle sales or relationship management.

• Process-minded: can create repeatable frameworks from messy workflows

• Detail-obsessed: has pride in delivering clean, validated data
