Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to support the accuracy and integrity of system data. This role will involve handling large volumes of information, ensuring records are kept up to date, and maintaining consistency across internal databases. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with repetitive tasks, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in delivering high levels of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data within internal systems
- Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness Identify and correct errors, duplicates, or missing data Maintain structured and up-to-date digital records and files
- Produce spreadsheets and reports as required Adhere to internal processes relating to data handling and confidentiality Liaise with colleagues to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain data integrity
Requirements
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is essential
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Strong organisational and time management
