Data Entry Associate, QA 

Position Summary 

Under the general guidance of the Quality Assurance Specialist, the Data Entry Associate, QA, provides administrative support to the Quality Assurance team, focusing on handling incoming inquiries, initiating and documenting Product Quality Complaints (PQC), maintaining PQC trackers, and supporting general QA documentation activities. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Handle incoming QA-related inquiries via email and phone, documenting and routing as appropriate. 
  • Initiate and document Product Quality Complaints (PQC) using standard forms and processes. 
  • Maintain and update the PQC tracker, including complaint status, actions taken, and closure updates. 
  • Perform routine updates to SharePoint folders, QA trackers, and related documentation logs. 
  • Assist with document control tasks such as uploading, version control, and archiving of QA files. 
  • Retrieve, file, and organize QA documents upon request. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the QA team as required. 
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; associate’s degree or relevant coursework is a plus. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, or a call center environment is preferred. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred; ability to learn QA systems. 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures accurately. 
  • Willingness to grow knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles and compliance expectations.

Occasional travel up to 10% is expected for this position. Must be able to travel independently as a Harrow Eye, LLC representative.
