About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and curious Data Analytics Specialist to join our Security Analytics team. In this role, you will work with large-scale data sets to extract actionable insights that enhance our network security products and solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Integrate and analyze data from diverse sources including SQL databases, NoSQL platforms, and sensor logs

  • Design and develop intuitive dashboards that answer critical business and security questions

  • Identify and formulate relevant research questions that drive product improvement and innovation

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and anomalies in security data

  • Write efficient Python scripts for data processing, analysis, and visualization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • Proven experience with data analysis, dashboards and visualization tools

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with NoSQL databases

  • Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)

  • Ability to handle and process large volumes of data efficiently

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and network security principles

  • Ability to develop and implement machine learning models for threat detection, attribution, and predictive analysis

  • Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, AWS Athena)

  • Background in anomaly detection or behavioral analytics

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

  • Experience implementing and optimizing GenAI solutions for data analysis, including LLM integration and prompt engineering
